Brandon Nixon
Chairman and CEO
Brandon has served as Lytx CEO for 11 years, championing the company’s commitment to saving lives and leading the Lytx team to unprecedented success: 65% market share, a best-in-class product portfolio and unrivaled innovation. In 2018, Lytx helped 3,000 clients keep their 850,000 drivers and more than 500,000 vehicles safe and their businesses productive, efficient and profitable.
Brandon joined Lytx from ViaSat, where he was responsible for the company's commercial business. Prior to ViaSat, he was CEO of Enerdyne Technologies and spent nearly two decades in a variety of executive roles at Hewlett Packard, Texas Instruments, PCSI/Cirrus Logic, SAIC, and private equity firm, Housatonic Partners, where he founded the firm's communications practice.
Brandon holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Tonya Cross
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
Tonya’s responsible for building a world-class Lytx team that matches the Company’s values and culture of excellence. She also serves as the Chief of Staff for the Executive Team.
Bringing extensive experience in human resources and employment law, Tonya joined the Company in 2013 from Life Technologies, where she was a member of the human resources senior leadership team and served in various capacities, but most recently as its employment counsel leading the global HR legal organization. Prior to Life Technologies, Tonya practiced employment law at DLA Piper, a global law firm.
An Arizona transplant, Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Tonya serves on the UCSD Rady School of Management Employer Advisory Board and is an active member of the University of San Diego alumni network.
Casey McGee
Chief Revenue Officer
Prior to joining Lytx, Casey served as Vice President of Global ISV and Digital Native Sales at Microsoft Corp., where he worked directly with technology companies around the world to provide cloud and go-to-market platforms to drive innovation and growth. A results oriented sales and marketing leader with 23 years of experience leading international sales and services teams, Casey has a track record of delivering breakthrough revenue performance, improved customer experience, operational excellence, and transformation.
Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Westmont College.
Brendan MacKenzie
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Brendan leads all finance functions including corporate finance, planning, tax, treasury, and accounting.
Brendan joined the Company as the controller in 2018 with extensive experience in operational effectiveness, system integration, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting. Previously, Brendan worked at Fleetmatics, a global fleet management telematics and software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm, supporting the company’s growth and ultimately their 2016 acquisition by Verizon for $2.4 billion. Prior to Fleetmatics, he worked at PwC as a senior manager in the audit practice.
Brendan is a licensed CPA and has his MSA in Accounting and his bachelor of business administration from Boston College.
John Buszka
Chief Operating Officer
John serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for leading Operations and partnering cross functionally to ensure we deliver a seamless and simple Client Experience that meets Customer commitments. John Is responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Order Management, Provisioning, Installation, Technical Support and Small Market Customer Success.
John joined Lytx from Mitel, where he was the EVP of Customer Experience for their Cloud (SAS) based telephony solutions. Prior to Mitel, he spent 17 years in Executive or Leadership roles with Compaq, HP, HPE and DXC spanning multiple Business Units and Functional Areas including, Business and Sales Operations, Global Delivery, Client Management, Global Governance, Integration and Transformational Roles.
John holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from University of Detroit.
Rajesh Rudraradhya
Chief Technology Officer
Rajesh has more than 20 years of technology innovation leadership experience, spanning connected devices, mobile and cloud platforms, developing product and technology strategy, and driving execution on a global scale. Prior to joining Lytx in 2020, Rajesh was the CTO at Snapdeal, the third-largest e-commerce company in India. He also served as CTO of Hike Messenger and as Head of Wearables and Internet-of-Things at Motorola/Google.
Rajesh has a B.S. in Computer Science from Bangalore University in India, and a Masters Certificate from the George Washington School of Business.
Shelley Bennett
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Shelley has over two decades of legal experience and has served in numerous leadership roles. Prior to joining Lytx in 2011, she practiced corporate and transactional law both at SAIC and at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, joint ventures, licensing arrangements and corporate governance.
Shelley is a Michigan native and received a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Mark Dankberg
Director
Mr. Dankberg began his career with the Collins Radio Division of Rockwell International, and at Linkabit Corp in San Diego, where he held positions in engineering, technical management and business segment management. He earned B.S. EE and M.S. EE degrees from Rice University and is a member of the Rice University Electrical and Computer Engineering Hall of Fame.
Thomas E. Darcy
Director
Prior to co-founding Tocagen, Mr. Darcy served for over five years as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a NYSE Fortune 500 science and technology company. Mr. Darcy also served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of McAfee, Inc., a NYSE company, for over three years until its sale to Intel Corporation in February of 2011, and currently serves as a director and chair of the audit committee of Viracta Therapeutics, Inc., a public clinical stage precision oncology company.
Previously he was a partner in the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served as the managing partner of both the West and Southwest Region Audit and Business Advisory Service Technology practices, as well as the managing partner of the San Diego office. Mr. Darcy is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.

Prior to joining PSP Investments USA, Ziv was a Director in Leveraged Finance at Barclays. Ziv started his career practicing law at the law firm of Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co. He holds an LL.B. Bachelor of Laws and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Wharton.

Prior to pursuing his MBA, Ryan worked in Permira’s Menlo Park office for three years. Before that, he worked at Bank of America in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group.

Before joining HarbourVest, he worked as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Salomon Brothers.
Peter received a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1993, an MS in Information Systems from the University of Virginia in 1995, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2001.
John Mulflur

Prior to joining Permira, John worked for Irving Place Capital, a mid-market private equity firm based in New York, for four years. Before that, he spent more than two years with Thoma Cressey in Chicago. He also spent time at GSO Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley in New York.
Barry O’Sullivan
Director
Earlier in his career, Barry was senior vice president for Unified Communications at Cisco Systems.
Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in computer science from the National University of Ireland as well as an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Alberto Riva

Prior to joining Permira, Alberto worked for three years at Avio Aero (General Electric), a GE Aviation business which designs, manufactures and maintains components and systems for civil and military aviation. Before that, he worked for three years in the M&A team at Rothschild.
Brian Ruder
Director
Prior to joining Permira in 2008, Brian was Partner at Francisco Partners where he covered investments in the Software and Services sector. He has also worked for Hellman & Friedman and in corporate finance for Morgan Stanley.
Judy Wade
Director
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2020, Judy led McKinsey & Company’s practice serving startups and their investors. She also spent 10 years as a CEO or Senior Executive in various startups in gaming, digital health and big data. She started her career at McKinsey focused on education and technology.
Judy holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.
Judy is co-Chair of the Board of UC Berkeley’s College of Letters & Science.
